AlezzShop sells heavy construction equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, road rollers, and related machinery. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Stripe and must be completed before equipment is released.
4. Orders and Delivery
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Delivery times vary based on location and equipment availability. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of heavy equipment, returns are subject to inspection and approval. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approved return. Certain conditions apply.
6. Warranty
Used equipment is sold "as is" with inspection reports provided. New equipment is covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability
AlezzShop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of AlezzShop and protected by copyright law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Muscat, Oman.
